قال أبو بكر : فلم يأمر النبي صلى الله عليه و سلم الحالف باللات ولا القائل لصاحبه تعال أقامرك بإحداث وضوء فالخبر دال على أن الفحش في المنطق وما زجر المرء عن النطق به لا يوجب وضوءا خلاف قول من زعم أن الكلام السيئ يوجب الوضوء
